Children from 1 meter to under 1.4 meters (100cm – 139cm): Child ticket rate (950,000 VND).
Adults and Children 1.4 meters and above (140cm+): Adult ticket rate (1,450,000 VND).
Cancellation Policy
48 hours or more before departure: 100% full refund.
24 to 48 hours before departure: 50% charge of the total tour value.
Within 24 hours of departure or No-show: 100% charge of the total tour value.
Note: If the tour is canceled due to severe weather conditions (e.g., cable car ceases operation for safety), Zhongtrip will fully refund your ticket or assist you in rescheduling to another suitable date.
